Burlingame, CA — December 07, 2021 – imply.io, the creators of the most popular database for modern analytics applications, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Palecki as the company’s first chief people officer. Ms. Palecki will report to Fangjin Yang, Imply co-founder and CEO, and will lead the company’s strategy and processes for building and retaining exceptional talent. The appointment represents a milestone investment in the company’s culture with an emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Through her extensive HR background, Palecki has become a visionary leader in progressive workplace environments. She has led people, culture and diversity and inclusion initiatives in senior HR management roles at high growth companies like Skytap and Highspot as well as at Dell EMC.
