To deliver services, Imply Data, Inc. (“Imply”) and its Affiliates may use third-party data processors (“Sub-processors”) and Imply Affiliates to process Customer Data. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them by the terms set forth in the written agreement between you and Imply (the “Agreement”).
By subscribing to receive updates about this page, you will be notified by email about changes to Imply’s Sub-processors and Imply Affiliates that may be involved in processing Customer Data. More information about how an Imply customer can exercise choice over certain Sub-processors can be found in your Data Protection Addendum.
Infrastructure Sub-processors
Imply may use the following cloud service providers to host Customer Data, Imply Software, and/or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of Imply’s Services:

How to subscribe to updates: Current Imply customers must subscribe to receive email notification of updates to the Sub-processors and Affiliates by submitting (1) the email address for such notifications and (2) the full name of the legal entity that has signed the Agreement with Imply in the form below. By submitting this information, you represent that you are a customer and have all necessary rights to provide this information:
How to object to a new Sub-processor: If you are a current customer, with a fully executed data processing agreement (“DPA”) in place, you may notify us of an objection to Imply’s use of a new Sub-processor used to process your Customer Data by sending such objection to privacy@imply.io within fourteen (14) days after Imply’s notice of such new Sub-processor, or such other period of time as set forth in your DPA. Objections will be handled as described in the DPA.
